Bridge Refugee Center

In August 2018, Pilgrim’s Chattanooga donated $20,000 to Bridge Refugee Services, Inc., a nonprofit agency operating in Chattanooga committed to providing protection and assistance to refugees as they find a secure path toward self-sufficiency and fulfill their American dreams within a supportive community. Pilgrim’s donation helped the Bridge center’s 2018 efforts to support refugees as they transition from their country to ours, provide options to those that come to the center with living expenses and hire more translators and case managers to help place refugees into jobs. Additionally, Pilgrim’s team members attend monthly consultation meetings and maintain weekly contact with the Bridge center to stay updated on current projects and how our team can help. In 2018, Pilgrim’s Chattanooga placed approximately 20 refugees from the Bridge program in jobs here at the complex.
