The Pilgrim’s Complex in Douglas, GA, achieved 2 million safe working hours without a lost time incident in August 2019.
Since early 2018, the Safety team has worked hand-in-hand with all other Douglas departments to ensure that safety and health remains at the forefront of everyday actions. The team has focused on communicating weekly safety-related topics to promote awareness, conducting multiple safety standups, and offering numerous trainings to ensure compliance and awareness is spread throughout the course of each business week.
