JBS Partners with Japanese Food Company

JBS Canada and the Kanematsu Corporation have struck a partnership. Existing JBS Canada brands, including Northern Gold, Canadian Diamond Black Angus and the Alberta Beef brand will be promoted as part of the deal.

Kelly Smith-Fraser, chair of the Alberta Beef Producers, said that marketing more beef outside of Canada was a positive for the entire industry.
